CT1 - Detailed information Skills
New Skills

* Shield of Faith Lv79 Party Buff. (PA/DA/TK/SK). +3600 PDEF, +2700 MDEF. 15 second duration, movement is possible. Reset time is the same as ultimate defense.
* Song of Elements Lv79 Party Buff. (Sword Muse). +30% Resist Earth/Air/Fire/Water for 2 minutes. Despite its name it is a standard party buff and not a Song. It is not affected by other song/dances on the stack.
* Dance of Alignment Lv79 Party Buff. (Spectral Dancer). +30% Resist Unholy / Divinie sources of damage for 2 minutes. Despite its name it is a standard party buff and not a Dance. It is not affected by other song/dances on the stack.
* Counter Dash Lv79 Counter Passive. (Sagittarius / Moonlight Sentinel). When the archer takes damage he has a chance to buff his party with an +runspeed buff that lasts 1 minute, this buff stacks with all other run speed buffs.
* Counter Rapid Fire Lv79 Counter Passive. (Moonlight Sentinel) When the archer takes damage he has a chance to buff his party with a +15% bow attack speed buff that lasts 1 minute, this buff stacks with all other similar buffs.
* Counter Chance Lv79 Counter Passive. (Ghost Sentinel) When the archer takes damage he has a chance to buff his party mp reducing/skill reset boosting buff that lasts for 1 minute.
* Counter Mind Lv79 Counter Passive. (Sagittarius / Ghost Sentinel) When the archer takes damage he has a chance to recharge himself.
* Critical Wound Lv79 Melee Range Debuff. (TH,AW,PW) This debuff has a high probability of landing and increases the amount of critical damage a target receives by 30%. Debuff duration 30s.
* Chant of Protection Lv79 Party Buff. (Doomcryer) This party buff reduces all sorts of physical critical damage by 20%.
* Seal of Blockade Lv79 AoE Seal (Dominator) This seal prevents players and monsters from using standard attacks for 30s.

Existing Skills

* Hate / Hate Aura have their power values increased by a factor of 3.33. Their reset times are now locked at 6 seconds for Hate and 40 seconds for Hate Aura.
* Critical Chance Lv4 Lv60 Passive (Plains Walker). Increase Critical Chance by +50%.
* Ultimate Evasion Lv2 Only - now evades physical skills, the rate of evasion is completely random.
* Sprint (Enchant Stats for Silver Ranger Only) - Can now be enchanted for Evasion bonus as well.
* Elemental Resist buffs are reduced in effectiveness 30% -> 20%. However Resists are now additive instead of multiplicative. Eg. Resist Fire 20% + Elemental Protection 30% = 50% Resist Fire.
* In addition to the existing VR nerf that halfs the return of health for each mob after the first in a diminishing fashion a second nerf was given to VR that prevents the user from VR'ing more health then the target had. Eg. With VR10% If you hit a mob for 1000 damage and it has only 10 hp you do not VR back 100 health you VR back only 10 health.
* Focus Sonic Lv.8 Lv79 (Duelist / Grand Khavatari) - Can now focus sonic to Level 8 intensity, sonic rage will not provide the 8th charge level (bug?) and requires a manual focus to level 8. Eg. You can Sonic rage to Lv7 but need to use focus sonic level 8 to get to max charge Lv8
* Frenzy - P.ATK bonus changed to give +50% increase instead of +300% while HP is > 30%.


New Evasion Mechanics for Levels 70-80

Normally you gain 1 evasion/acc per level however at Level 70 you now gain 1+1 evasion/accuracy (where the extra +1 is due to the new high level bonus). When you reach level 78 you gain 1+2 evasion/accuracy per level (where the extra +2 is due to a master high level bonus). A CT1 Level 80 player will have 14 more accuracy and evasion then an Interlude Level 80 player.

New Magical Resist Bonus for levels 70-80

Normally when factoring resists level bonus is applied to the opposed attribute check, that bonus is increased to level bonus +2 for levels 70->77 and level bonus +4 for levels 78->L80.

Eg. a CT1 L80 player will have an innate 22% higher chance to resist a debuff then an Interlude L80 player.



Frenzy reset time was improved so it could be used more often.
Frenzy only gives +50% p.atk boost while HP is above 30%, the original bonus is applied when hp is below 30%.

Guts was originally nerfed on the PTS to have a locked refresh timer (like celestial shield) because they didnt nerf its effect above 30% hp. That nerf was thrown out when retail launched tho.

Over the Mind is supposed to be a multi effect buff similar to PoF but the health bonus was a bit higher and it didnt appear to nerf run speed. It did however use the same buff slot as prophecies/cov/magnus so it cant be stacked with them. It also consumes all the titans CP but can be used at any time. In PvP its kind of a mini frenzy since once your opponent has exhausted your CP you can just turn it on and have extra combat ability. In PvE its pretty sweet as a PoF self buff would be. Somebody was saying that with the new 79 titan buff you can have parry stance going and you dont notice the combat speed debuff anymore (parry run debuff is there but yous wing normally). Titans sporting close to 2k+ pdef with both of those enabled.


Skills abdjustments(sp)
* Vampiric Rage Adjustments for Pole Arms - FIRST Mob Hit leeches 100% of VR amount, SECOND Mob leeches 50% of VR amount, THIRD mob leeches 25% of VR amount etc.
* Word of Fear - Now affects players, cooldown time increased.
* Mass Fear - Now affects players, cooldown time is increased.
* Sword Symphony - Now affects players, skill damage increased, skill land rate increased.
* Shield Stun - Now generates aggression on players and monsters.
* Hate Aura - Cooldown reduced.
* Shock Blast - cooldown reduced, stun success rate increased. Additional effects added: now has a chance to disarm all targets in radius (disarmed targets weapon is sealed unable to re-equip for 3s per disarm).
* Earthquake - Additional effect of now disarming all targets in radius added.
* Revival - Increased activation threshold from 5% -> 10%.
* Lionheart - Cooldown signficantly reduced (3minutes)

- Apella armor sets (applies to light/robe/heavy) will have a new "lower skill mp usage" effect

Other
- Weapon/Armor Enchant Scrolls, skillbooks, life ores are stackable.

so dwarves get a passive disabling any xp loss pre 40 (starting skill), losing half 40-75, losing 2/3rd 76+, the skill can be enchanted !

The skill works for non-chaotic chars only.

Lore wise - dwarves stems from the earth goddess so kissing the dirt (snow) shan't be so harsh for them. (I know who death goddess is)
that will solve some issues w/ funny trains and give a bit extra initiative for dwarves to join PvP.
